Crane Cottage is one of the most iconic and historic wedding venues on the Georgia coast, set within the storied Jekyll Island Club Resort. Built in 1917 in the Italian Renaissance style, the estate is known for its grand sunken garden, elegant courtyards, reflecting pool lawn, and preserved Gilded Age architecture that feels both cinematic and timeless.
The property is designed as a full estate experience, with multiple connected indoor and outdoor spaces that allow weddings to unfold in a natural sequence. Ceremonies often take place in the sunken garden surrounded by formal landscaping and fountains, followed by cocktails across the lawns or terraces, and receptions that flow into the courtyard and historic interiors.
