We had the pleasure of exploring Fairmount Park in Philadelphia with Catherine + Marc for their engagement session. We don’t have cherry blossom trees in our area, so we were beyond excited when Catherine told us it was cherry blossom season while we were visiting! Cherry blossoms are a symbolic flower of spring lasting only a short time, reminding us of the fleeting nature of life. Their life is short at right about two weeks. After this, the flowers begin to fall. Blooming season is both powerful, glorious, and intoxicating even if tragically short lived. If the cherry blossoms weren’t enough, they came toting two adorable pups named Tug + Peaches. We couldn’t get enough of these two Pugs and always love when our couples bring their pups along for their sessions! Needless to say, we’re in love with how this session turned out and we hope you are too! We can’t wait to film and photograph their wedding alongside each other at the Fairmount Horticultural Center later this year in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. If you haven’t checked out the horticultural center, we would highly recommend it! Stay tuned for future updates on this adorable family to be!
