Though Marya and Dylan are based in Los Angeles, California, these two chose to have a destination wedding close to where Marya started her roots in Miami, Florida at Vizcaya Museum & Gardens. Marya and Dylan knew they wanted to celebrate their families’ heritage. Marya’s father was Lebanese and her mother is Cuban; Dylan’s family is Jewish. They incorporated Jewish and Lebanese bites throughout their day, the menu included bites like “matzo ball soup shots,” “mini reubens with half sour pickle garnish,” and “potato latkes with caramelized pork belly and sriracha,” to name a few. Their three day wedding weekend included a white party at Hoy Como Ayer in Little Havana along with a poolside after wedding brunch with their family and friends.
We were so excited to have their beautiful, garden wedding featured on The Knot and Wedding Chicks. Their wedding was also featured in print for The Knot’s 50 Weddings, 50 States Issue and CVLUX.
